ABOUT US
This website is managed by professionals - Charles Veilleux & Associés - with the sole purpose of helping class members submit all the information and documentation they need to receive the compensation to which they are entitled so that this class action can have a real impact on the lives of the people involved.

Help us get you paid!
It is extremely difficult to find, locate, and contact each person entitled to compensation under this class action. This is a class of several thousand people. At the time of the damages, some members of the class were children whose names do not appear on any records, some people were homeowners, others were renting or temporarily residing at those addresses, and some people are now deceased or have moved numerous times across the country to pursue a military career.
In order for you to receive the payment to which you may be entitled, you must come forward.
You will not have to pay fees to make a claim, or to obtain our assistance in making a claim.
Please complete our Assistance Request Form so that we can help you receive compensation if you are eligible under this class action.
To submit your claim yourself by submitting your information and documentation directly to the Administrator, without help from counsel to the Plaintiff, please consult the Administrator's website at www.shannonactioncollective.ca
We invite you to share this site, as well as the site of the Court appointed Claims Administrator, and to communicate the information of the Quebec Court of Appeal's judgment to all those you knew while living in a residence or an apartment in Shannon or living in the PMQ's on the Valcartier Military Base during the period concerned.
